Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 small can chopped green chiles
    2 c. chopped chicken, cooked
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. light cream
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil.
    Add garlic, puree, chicken and salt. Simmer 10 minutes.
    Stuff and roll mixture into flour tortillas. Place tortillas in Pam sprayed 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix crumbled chicken cubes, cream and cheese and pour over the tortillas.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
