Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked squash
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    1/4 c. onions
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Mix together cracker crumbs and Cheddar cheese.
    Saute together butter, bell pepper and onions.
    Cook squash until done in a little water until water is cooked out.
    Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt and black pepper; add bell pepper, onions and 1/2 of cheese mixture.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Put in casserole dish and top with remaining cheese mixture.
    Cover with foil and bake for 20 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
