Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 small can tomato paste
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1/2 to 1 c. water
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Brown beef, onion and garlic in margarine.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Add soup, tomato paste and mushrooms.
Thin mixture with the water.
Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Just before serving, blend in sour cream.
Serve hot over noodles. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
