Chinese Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 pkg. fresh chop suey vegetables
1 pkg. frozen Italian green beans
1 pkg. frozen Chinese pea pods
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can French fried onions
Parmesan cheese (fresh grated)
Preparation

Bake 4 whole breasts until done.
In 3-quart casserole, layer 1/2 of each of vegetables and chestnuts.
Add soup (heat if it's to be frozen); add all the chicken in the middle.
Add remaining half of vegetables and chestnuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes plus, covered.
Uncover and top with onions and cheese.
Bake an additional 15 minutes.
Serve with soy sauce.
Serves 8.
