Diabetic Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
3 large ripe bananas
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. soda
dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. liquid sweetener
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 c. raisins
Preparation
-
Stir flour, soda and salt.
Add oil and sugar substitute.
Mix well.
Beat eggs and rest of ingredients into mixture.
Pour into 8 x 10-inch loaf pan.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
