Ingredients

8 oz. Brie
1 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp. coarsely chopped walnuts
15 phyllo sheets
1 c. melted butter
2 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. savory
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground thyme
1/4 tsp. ground sage
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook onion and garlic in butter.
Add pork and saute, stirring and breaking meat into small pieces.
Add water and seasonings and cook for 30 minutes.
If mixture looks watery, add a little cornstarch.
Chill.
