Pork Chops-Potatoes-Tomatoes Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    10 to 12 potatoes
    1 large can peeled tomatoes
    1 medium onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown the pork chops.
    Peel and slice the potatoes and chop the onion.
    Place both in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Place browned chops on top.
    Place peeled tomatoes on top of pork chops, using juice also.
    Add small amount of water to pan. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove foil and return to oven for 15 minutes or until browned.
