Tangerine Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. milk
    12 egg yolks
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen tangerine juice
Preparation
    Scald milk in large saucepan.
    Beat egg yolks with sugar; stir in about 1 cup hot milk.
    Quickly stir mixture into remaining hot milk and cook over low heat.
    Stir constantly until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla.
    Chill.
    Add tangerine juice concentrate.
    Makes 16 (1/2 cup) servings.
