Hashed Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Prepare and cook whole potatoes.
Drain.
Peel potatoes; shred to make 3 cups.
In a medium skillet, melt butter.
Combine potatoes, onion, salt and pepper.
Pat into skillet.
Cook over low heat about 15 to 20 minutes or until underside is crisp.
Turn and cook until other side is crisp.
