Frozen Daiquiri Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 1/4 oz. crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
    1 c. liquid (water and juice to equal 1 c.)
    3 oz. pkg. lime jello
    1/2 c. frozen limeade, thawed
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. Cool Whip
    2 bananas
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    In saucepan, heat 1 cup liquid to a boil.
    In a large mixing bowl, dissolve Jell-O in hot liquid.
    Add limeade and mayonnaise. Stir until well blended.
    Chill until thickened, but not set, approximately 45 minutes.
    Fold in pineapple and remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 6-cup ring mold or an 8 x 8-inch pan. Freeze for 3 hours.
    Unmold or cut into cubes.
    Garnish with Cool Whip and lime slices.
