Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 lb. potatoes (enough to fill a 9 x 13-inch pan)
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    16 oz. jar Hellmann's mayonnaise
    salt
    pepper
    bacon bits
    onions and green onions (optional)
Preparation
    Dice and boil the potatoes with the skins on. While they are boiling, melt the cheese in the microwave. Mix the mayonnaise in the cheese.
    Put the boiled potatoes in the 9 x 13-inch pan and add salt and pepper.
    Pour in the cheese and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with bacon bits and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Add onions and green onions for extra flavor.
