Turkey Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. dry gravy mix (turkey, optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Turn into loaf pan, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch coated with cooking spray.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Spread 2 tablespoons of ketchup on top of meat loaf.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (optional) and bake for another 10 to 12 minutes.
    Serves 6.
