Duck And Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    greens, washed (raw)
    sliced turnips
    bacon pieces
    2 ducks
    salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Make 4 inch layer of greens.
    Add layer of turnips and bacon. Add another layer of greens and turnips.
    Place ducks on top (stuff duck with turnips).
    Put bacon around and on top of duck.
    Salt well and add 1 cup water.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours and check for doneness.
