Easy Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. solid vegetable shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    6 c. all-purpose flour
    melted butter, cooled
Preparation
    Place sugar, shortening and salt in large bowl.
    Pour boiling water over sugar mixture.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Cool to lukewarm and stir in eggs.
    Sprinkle yeast over lukewarm water.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Stir well, add to sugar mixture.
    Add flour and mix well with a wooden spoon.
    Cover with foil and place in refrigerator for 2 hours or longer.
    Roll out on floured surface into rectangle, brush with melted butter.*
    Roll up as for jelly roll, cut into 1-inch slices.
    Place in greased muffin cups.
    Let rise 2 hours or until double in bulk.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
