Carrot-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    walnuts
Preparation
    Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, sugar, soda and salt.
    Add oil, carrots, pineapple, eggs, vanilla and nuts.
    Mix until all ingredients are moistened.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed on electric mixer.
    Bake in greased, lightly floured 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
