Chicken Egg Rolls(Serving Size: 10; The Creative Cook) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped cabbage
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 (5 oz.) can chunk white chicken
    1/4 c. chopped bean sprouts
    1/4 c. chopped radishes
    1/4 c. chopped water chestnuts
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    10 (8-inch) egg roll wrappers
    1 egg
    salad oil
Preparation
    To make filling in skillet, cook cabbage, celery and onions in oil until just tender.
    Add chicken, bean sprouts, radishes, water chestnuts and soy sauce.
