Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic (optional)
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
salt and pepper, to taste
3/4 to 1 qt. tomato juice
Preparation

Brown meat a little.
Add other ingredients and cook on low for 4 hours.
