Chicken And Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
2 boneless chicken thighs, cut in cubes
flour
1 red or green pepper, cut in strips
4 oz. Italian sausage, sliced
1 oz. white wine
1/2 c. chicken stock
2 to 3 potatoes, cubed
Preparation

Flour chicken and saute in oil.
Add pepper and sausage. Saute 1 to 2 minutes.
Add wine; reduce by half.
Add stock; reduce by half.
Add potatoes.
Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
If needed, add a bit of water.
