Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can vacuum packed Green Giant kernel corn
1 egg
1/4 tsp. onion powder (if desired)
2 c. Bisquick
milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put corn with liquid into large bowl.
Mix all ingredients with corn except milk.
Add just enough milk until mixture is smooth.
Drop tablespoons of mixture onto hot oiled skillet.
Turn when fritters have air holes on top.
Serve with cinnamon and sugar on top or with butter on top.
