Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. yellow onion chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. rice
    1 small can of tomato sauce
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Use large skillet, heat oil, add onion, & rice, saute.
    Add hot water & tomato sauce.
    Bring to a boil.
    Turn heat to low.
    Cover until all moisture is absorbed.
