Shrimp De Chink - cooking recipe
Ingredients

celery, sliced
onions, chopped
bell pepper, chopped
potato, sliced thin
mushrooms, sliced
garlic, chopped
bean sprouts
water chestnuts
shrimp
rice or chow mein noodles
Preparation

Prepare equal amount of vegetable ingredients and slowly boil in the water from the chestnut can.
Also boil (in a separate pot) all the stalks, leaves, peelings and anything else left over from the ingredients to gain a more flavorable broth.
Then pour only the broth into the ingredients that are slowly boiling.
