Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 c. canned pumpkin
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
3/4 c. walnuts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients and add it to pumpkin mixture.
Add nuts and raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
Sprinkle pan with confectioners sugar.
