Country Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn meal
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. milk
2 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Put cornmeal into bowl and scald with 2 cups boiling water, mixing as you pour.
Add sugar, eggs, salt, flour, milk and baking powder.
Mix with electric mixer until blended well.
