Fresh Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    8 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. fresh peaches, peeled and mashed
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Mix sugar an flour and add to the beaten eggs. Add canned milk and 3 tablespoons of other milk.
    Beat until well blended.
    Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and add vanilla and peaches.
    Place the mixture in a 1 1/2-gallon freezer container and fill to 2/3 full with remaining milk.
    Mix well.
    Freeze.
