Cabbage And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 small head cabbage, shredded
    1/2 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 can water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion until brown.
    Stir in rice.
    Place shredded cabbage in a greased baking dish.
    Add beef mixture over the cabbage.
    Mix soup, water, sugar and vinegar.
    Pour on top. Cover with a lid and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
