Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 onions, chopped
    1/2 c. instant Minute rice
    3 carrots
    cabbage
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Saute chuck and onions.
    Place layer of rice in bottom of casserole dish.
    Next, layer of ground chuck on top of rice. Slice carrots and place on top of meat.
    Shred up cabbage and fill dish.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of cabbage.
    Pour beef broth and water over cabbage.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in covered casserole dish.
