Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large carrots
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Scrape the carrots.
    Place on ice for 1 hour.
    Grate coarsely. Mix in remaining ingredients.
