Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion, cut fine
    1 stalk celery
    1 sprig parsley
    2 small bottles ketchup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. mustard
    sprinkle of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown onion and celery in shortening.
    Add meat and brown. Add parsley, mustard, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and simmer; stir occasionally.
