Grandma White'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 box light brown sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 or 2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Either put pecans in batter or sprinkle on top of pies.
    Makes two pies.
    Bake until brown and firm, 30 or 40 minutes, 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 then reduce to 300\u00b0 until done.
