Ripe Tomato Pickle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. diced ripe tomatoes
    1 qt. chipped onions
    8 to 10 pods hot green pepper
    3 c. white sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Put tomatoes, onions and peppers on stove.
    Cook until tender. Add balance of ingredients.
    Cook for about 45 minutes to 1 hour over low heat.
    Watch for sticking.
    Put in jars and seal.
