Ingredients

1 can condensed milk
1 qt. milk
5 large eggs
1 c. sugar
2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Separate eggs, saving whites for meringue.
Beat egg yolks. Add sugar and cornstarch.
Mix with a little milk.
Then pour in rest of milk.
Cook over double boiler until thickened, stirring all the time.
Add vanilla and coconut.
Pour into baked pie shells.
