Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add shortening.
    Mix until coarse then add milk.
    Mix until dough follows fork around bowl.
    Knead 1/2 minute.
    Cut into biscuits.
    Bake on ungreased pan 8 to 10 minutes.
