Chicken Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 lb. chicken livers
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1 Tbsp. brandy
    4 Tbsp. sherry
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, pepper, marjoram and nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. ground parsley
    1 c. butter
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Add chicken livers; cook 10 minutes until done.
    Blend with brandy, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, basil and spices.
    Put hard-boiled eggs through mill or sieve. Add butter to blender.
    Stir until melted.
    Add ground parsley and eggs; mix.
    Refrigerate in serving containers.
