Elegant Mushroom Soup(Serving Size: 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. green onions, chopped
2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
1/4 c. margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 c. boiling water
1 c. milk
Preparation

Saute onions and mushrooms in margarine in a Dutch oven until onions are tender.
Stir in flour.
Dissolve bouillon in water. Gradually add bouillon and milk to mushrooms.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or just until thoroughly heated.
