Lynda'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. peeled cubed potatoes (red ones are best)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 soup cans milk
    1/2 soup can water
    8 oz. fat-free sour cream
    1/2 c. real Hormel bacon bits
    a few sprinkles of parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook potatoes, salt, onion and enough water to cover.
    Boil just until tender.
