Pool Room Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. grated cabbage
    4 carrots, grated
    2 bell peppers, grated
    3 large onions, chopped
    2 c. prepared mustard
    2 c. white vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Bring to heavy boil and then simmer 15 minutes, stir occasionally.
    Pack in hot jars and seal. Very delicious on hot dogs or soup beans.
