Walking Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can of refried beans (any variety)
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream (light or regular)
    2 avocados, peeled and mashed with a little lemon or lime juice
    1 (8 oz.) package of shredded cheese (Mexican mix)
    2-3 Roma tomatoes, diced
    1 can of black olives, drained and sliced
    3-5 green onions, cleaned and sliced thin
    taco sauce
Preparation
    In a casserole dish, spread evenly (layering each item on top of the previous) beginning with the first ingredient on the list. Refrigerate to let the flavors meld and serve with tortilla or corn chips.
