Wine-Marinated Mushrooms And Olives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 medium mushrooms, trimmed and halved
    1 can pitted black olives
    2 red onions, cut into rings
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix mushrooms, olives, onions and parsley.
    In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Beat until smooth and thick.
    Pour mixture over mushrooms.
    Stir to coat well. Cover and marinate overnight or for several days.
    Serve as an hors d'oeurve, with roast meats or in a salad.
