Vodka Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Vodka
1/4 tsp. red pepper
16 oz. can tomatoes (whole tomatoes)
3/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add Vodka and pepper.
Simmer for 2 minutes, then add whole tomatoes (blended) and heavy cream.
Simmer for 15 minutes uncovered.
Add cheese and pour over 1 pound rigatoni, cooked.
