Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 pork chops
    1/2 c. raw small shrimp
    4 carrots
    2 pkg. fresh bean sprouts
    1 egg white (for wrapping)
    1 c. cooking oil
    6 stalks celery
    1 bunch shallots
    1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Chop pork chops into very small pieces.
    Put all vegetables, except bean sprouts, into food processor and mince into small pieces.
