Magic Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. Eagle Brand milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool and refrigerate at least 1 hour. You may substitute 1 3/4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice for the other spices.
