Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. beefy rice
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 bunch green onions, sliced
16 egg roll wrappers
1 egg, slightly beaten
hot mustard sauce
sweet sour sauce
Preparation

Prepare beefy rice according to package directions.
Cool slightly, then fold in water chestnuts and onions.
Place rounded 1/4 cupful hamburger rice filling in egg roll wrapper.
Fold and seal with slightly beaten egg.
