Quiche Lorraine 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, whipped
1 pt. light cream
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste
cayenne to taste
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. ham, diced
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, diced
pastry shell for (9-inch) quiche dish or (10-inch) pie plate
Preparation

Mix eggs, cream, grated cheese and seasonings.
Saute onion and ham in butter; add bacon and diced cheese and spread evenly in bottom of pastry shell.
Pour egg mixture over ham mixture and fill to the rim of shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes or until set.
Serves 8.
