Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream-style corn
1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add butter, sour cream and both corns.
Add cornbread muffin mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center is clean.
