Festive Pumpkins And Striped Green Snakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
green sprinkles (for pumpkin decoration)
3 oz. light or Neufchatel cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
black licorice, cut into small triangles for eyes and thin long pieces for mouth
green food color (for snakes)
red baking candies or red hots (for decoration)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Lightly grease baking sheet. In bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Slowly add flour mixture, mixing well, forming a stiff dough. May divide dough into 2 balls to make both cookies.
