Apricot Spice Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
pecans (optional)
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. Wesson oil
2 small jars apricot baby food
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients (sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg).
Mix eggs, oil and baby food.
Mix all ingredients; do not beat.
Cook in Bundt pan for 55 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
