Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. cut up cheese
Preparation

Melt
butter
or
margarine
in pan.
Mix in flour; add milk slowly, stirring until smooth.
Cook and stir until sauce thickens.
Add
mustard
and cheese;
stir over low heat until cheese melts.
Makes 2 2/3 cups of sauce.
Use cheese sauce to pour
over\tcooked\tvegetables or to mix with cooked potatoes, rice, macaroni or noodles.
