Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
    Cut in shortening with knives or pastry blender until uniform.
    Add water; mix and knead.
    Roll out balls of dough to flat tortillas and cook on a griddle (size of dough balls depends on desired size and thickness of tortilla).
