Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Hershey's chocolate syrup
    1 pinch salt
    dash of vanilla
    baked pie shell
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix sugar (1 cup), flour and salt well.
    Add milk; add beaten egg yolks.
    Add chocolate syrup.
    Cook in double boiler until thick.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla.
    Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; add 1/4 cup sugar.
