Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9 qt. popped popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. corn syrup (white)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients except soda for 5 minutes on top of stove.
    Add soda.
    Pour over popped popcorn and mix.
    Put in large flat pan.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
